A New Defense for the War

And it looks just like the old one. Bush is still shilling 9/11 for his ideological Invasion of Iraq, an idea with tenuous grounds to begin with; and which many argue actually feeds the fanaticism which leads to 9/11 style terrorism.

And yet he's ignoring completely the questions of somebody like Cindy Sheehan. Which is entirely appropriate given his perception that what The Administration is a good thing done for just purpose, when Sheehan is the active symbol that their actions are deviod of meaning, that they had no justifiable intelligence, and that the costs of the war have been far greater than they ever imagined.

Bush is a metaphor for useless ideology and stubborn, foolish adherence to an irrelevent line of thought. Sheehan is a metaphor for how that kind of ideologue harms real people.
