Let's be clear, o valiant readers. There's a difference between censorship, regulation, and accountability. These kinds of personal data should fall somewhere in the realm of publically regulated and personally accountable: if you publish information that could be potentially dangerous in an unregulated forum like the blog world, then you should be held legally accountable.
But censorship? I have my fears of that word.
Anybody know the temperature (in fahrenheit, of course) at which digital data burns...?
