Via Atrios. Anybody want to explain to me just what in the hell is going on in Indiana? According to Pandagon, they're working on legislation that would bar everyone except registered, married woman who have actively engaged in sexual intercourse from having children. This means that unwed women, unsexed women, and women who choose medically sanctioned alternative forms of insemination can't be mothers...??

Indiana, better get to explaining yourself. Just what in the hell are you thinking? what exactly is the goal of this legislation? Because, frankly, nothing I'm coming up with that could even be argued for this is going to come out in your favor...
