Filibuster of Alito...?

CNN's Breaking News banner says that John Kerry is calling for a fillibuster of Alito. Internally, the Democrats are divided on this- and at least two Dems have stated their intention to vote Yes to Alito.

Could Get Nasty. But kudos to Kerry- keep the pressure on.
