Not Indictment, which we're all waiting for: Subpoena. Tom DeLay's legal team no doubt extensive] has subpoenaed Texas DA Ronnie Earle.
DeLay: never one to shy away from an exhaustive legal wrangling. His whole methodology seems to be to tie up the legal system long enough he can slither away. Here's hoping he can't grease himself out of this knot.
