PATRIOTic Limitations

In the surprise move of the century, after the officially-declared bedlam that ensued in sub-committee recommendation meetings, the US House of Representatives has decided to... yes... allow certain Patriot Act provisions to expire; thus limiting it over time from its sweeping powers. The FBI and CIA will not be allowed to search library and bookstore records.
